2. Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable Items: Sale items, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Exchanges: Only available for size or color swaps of the same item (if in stock).
